Activities include game driving, bird-watching, guide-led walking in various terrains ..... either for a leisurely stroll or for more serious exercise, wildlife cruising on the Nile, Kazinga Channel and Lake Mburo.............. or just doing your own thing ! There is no compulsion to do anything if you would rather just relax by the pool with a good book in the sun ! |

UGANDA EXPERIENCE tours use only highly experienced driver/guides. Your driver/guide is the all-important key to the success of your safari. His high standard of driving, his knowledge of the road, his depth of information with regard to wildlife, his ability to understand what you want to do and to ensure that it happens, his flexibility in suggesting alternative routes or activities should the weather intervene, his pride in his country and his desire to share its history and culture with you............. these are the true hallmarks of a thoroughly professional driver /guide. We will never entrust your safari to anyone but a true professional. It is possible to book safaris in Uganda where you will be taken on tour by a driver. He may be a very good driver but does he fit all the criteria above ? Sadly, the answer is often ‘no’ and you, as a paying client, will not get real value for money. |
